AI Data Protection Policy
Most AI-powered agencies run your business data through OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google — contributing to models that may one day compete with you. We don't. Every AI system we operate for clients runs on private, local infrastructure under our direct control.

All AI processing for client accounts runs on our private, air-gapped servers — not on OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or any other third-party AI platform. Your business data never leaves our controlled environment.
Your data is never used to train any public or third-party AI model. Ever. We do not send prompts, completions, or any business context to external LLM providers. The models we run are self-hosted and isolated to your account.
Each client account operates within its own isolated model context. Your competitive intelligence, customer data, copy, and strategy are never cross-contaminated with another client's data — not even within our own systems.
You can request a complete wipe of all AI context and training data associated with your account at any time — during the engagement or after termination. We will confirm deletion within 5 business days.
We do not sell, license, broker, or aggregate client data in any form. We do not build audience profiles, lookalike datasets, or benchmarking products from client data. Your business data is yours — we are custodians, not owners.
When an engagement ends, you receive full documentation of every system we built. There are no vendor lock-in dependencies. If you choose to shut everything down, we walk you through a clean handover and confirm that all data has been removed from our systems.
The bottom line: When you work with Fatboy Studios, your competitive data, customer insights, and business strategy stay inside a system that belongs to you — not a shared AI platform that has no obligation to protect your interests.
