Custom n8n workflows powered by Claude. Content, paid media, social, reporting, and CRM — all self-hosted, all yours, zero vendor lock-in.
n8n is the open-source automation platform that replaces Zapier, Make, and most custom backend glue code. We use it because it is self-hosted, handles long-running AI jobs, integrates cleanly with Claude and every marketing API, and gives clients full ownership of the logic.
n8n is an open-source workflow automation platform. It replaces Zapier, Make, and most custom backend glue code. We use n8n because it is self-hosted, handles long-running jobs, integrates cleanly with Claude and every API we touch, and gives clients full ownership of the logic with zero vendor lock-in.
Claude 4.5 and 4.6 Sonnet outperform GPT on long-context reasoning, brand voice consistency, and structured output for marketing content. Anthropic also offers zero-retention API headers, which matters for client data. We run Claude as the default reasoning model and use local Qwen 3.5 for execution tasks.
Content pipelines (blog, social, email), paid media management (Google Ads build, audit, refine), competitor monitoring, CRM + lead scoring, client reporting, contract generation, citation tracking, and custom workflows specific to the client. Each client typically runs 8-15 workflows.
Yes. On Machine tier and Infrastructure tier, clients get full access to their n8n instance with the workflows exported as JSON. On Foundation and Growth tiers, workflows live on our shared stack but clients can export them at any time or on exit.
n8n self-hosted on our infrastructure, Claude as the primary LLM, Qwen 3.5 (local Ollama) for execution, Qdrant for vector search, Postgres for state, Grafana + Prometheus for observability, and Sentry for error tracking. Clients on Infrastructure tier get this stack deployed to their own cloud.
Every workflow runs through a cost guardian sub-workflow that enforces per-client daily limits. The system cuts off at the limit and alerts the founder. We also run a circuit breaker that watches cost, CPA, and ROAS anomalies and pauses spending if something breaks.
A full-time marketing automation engineer costs $120K-$180K/year plus tooling and benefits. We deliver the same output for $3,500-$9,500/month with no hiring cycle, and the systems are battle-tested across our other clients before they reach yours.
Yes. n8n has native integrations with 400+ tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Stripe, Segment, Sanity, Google Ads, Meta Ads, ClickUp, Notion, Slack, Gmail, Linear). Anything else we build a custom node for. Most integrations take 1-3 days to deploy.
You keep everything. Workflows exported as JSON, docs written, handover call scheduled. Zero lock-in. We would rather lose a client because they outgrew us than because they felt trapped.
AIEO and GEO need constant content production, citation tracking, and authority signal work. Doing that manually is expensive and slow. n8n orchestrates Claude to generate, QA, and publish content at pace while tracking citations across AI engines in the background. The automation layer is what makes the AIEO/GEO program economically viable.
